Hearing on Proposed Oneida County Budget Held in Rome
Hearing on Proposed Oneida County Budget Held in Rome

Oneida County legislators held the second of three public hearings on the proposed county budget last night at the Rome Court House.

A number of county workers were there to voice their supports for the proposed salary increases in the budget.

Julie Miller, Chair of the Oneida County Conservative Party, feels that the proposed salary increase for county workers will dramatically hit taxpayer's pockets.

If you want to voice your opinion on the proposed county budget, there is another public hearing tonight in the Onedia County Office Building at 7.

Legislators will vote on the budget tomorrow.
