Forensic evidence has concluded a two-year investigation into a string of burglaries in Oneida and Madison Counties.
New York State Police have charged a Morrisville man in connection with the rash of commercial burglaries which occurred over the Labor Day weekend in 2006.
Police say forensic evidence and fingerprints found at the scenes led to a hit in the New York State DNA database.
Scott Snyder is accused of burglarizing the Cassville Diner, the Beaver Den Restaurant, the Town of Brookfield Highway Building, Sprague's Collision and a residential home in the Town of Hamilton.
Snyder is being held in the Madison County Jail.
