A Herkimer County teen is facing two counts of attempted murder after he allegedly put anti-freeze into a jug of milk. State Police say the 14-year old knew his step-father and 11-year old brother would be drinking the milk.Troopers say his step-father did take a sip of the milk and noticed it tasted funny. He later sought medical attention, but suffered no ill effects. None of the milk was consumed by his younger brother. The Town of Columbia teen was charged as a juvenile offender. His name is not being released. Further action by the Herkimer County District Attorney's Office is pending.
