Utica Police are investigating a homocide at Kennedy Plaza Apartments.

Police responded to the complex at 10:40 Sunday night and discovered the body of 29 year old Richard Savage III.

Acting Police Chief Dan LaBella says the victim was discovered with a gunshot wound to his chest.

LaBella says there is a 'strong possibility' the incident was drug related.

He also said Savage was involved in a shooting incident in 2001.
