A traffic stop on Wood Road in Whitesboro has led to several charges against a
Rome man.
Whitesboro Police say 32-year old Darryl Weather was stopped for a traffic violation
yetserday afternoon and was found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine.
Police say Weather provided them with a false identity.
Once his identity was learned, Weather was found to have three outstanding Family
Court warrants and one Felony warrant in Oneida County.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation
and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Weather was arraigned and sent to the County jail on $5000 bail.
