The Utica Arson Task Force has made an arrest in connection with an April 7th fire at 17 Clinton Place in Utica.

Public Safety Commissioner Dan LaBella says 44-year old James Poupore of Utica has been charged with felony arson.

LaBella says Poupore was arrested last night after being released from the Oneida County
jail.

Poupore was being held on an unrelated charge.

Poupore was the man found inside a closet of the home when firefighters responded the scene in April.
