A town of Elbridge man allegedly murdered his parents at their home on Sandbank Road.

New York State Trooper Jim Simpson says 27 year old Joseph Bisesi, III, has been charged with murder in the first degree for murdering Joseph Junior and Joleen Bisesi on Sunday.

Simpson says when state police responded to the home, they discovered an adult male torso protruding from the pipe covering the septic tank.

Bisesi the-third turned himself in following an all points bulletin issued for him and his mother's vehicle, both of which were missing.

Bisesi allegedly killed his parents and then disposed of their bodies in the septic tank.

Bisesi was sent to the Onondago County Jail without bail.
