The Oneida County Department of Social Services, will examine internal procedure
recommendations from a grand jury says DSS Commissioner Lucille Soldato.
After reviewing a grand larceny case connected with the DSS, a Grand Jury reccomended
more strict policies regarding employment verification. The case involved a woman allegedly
falsifing work documents, to recieve more than 23 thousand dollars in child care benefits.
