A Utica man is facing charges following an early morning accident at the
intersection of Albany Street and Pond Lane in Utica.

Police say 22-year old Frank Torchia's vehicle went off the road, rolled over
and hit a utility pole, severing the pole.

Torchia was not injured.

He was charged with D-W-I.
