Don't Free DiPiazza-1

Senator Jim Seward is urging the State Parole Board to deny the release of
Benedict DiPiazza.

DiPiazza was convicted of murdering 17-year old Noreen Jones in Frankfort in
1965.

Seward says when DiPiazza was released from prison in 1999, he was arrested four
months later.

Seward says that demonstrates his lack of rehabilitation and continuing disregard for
the law.

DiPiazza had a parole hearing earlier this month.
