National Distance Running HOF Induction Ceremony to Return

After a one-year hiatus, the National Distance Running Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held this year. It will take place on Saturday, July 10th, the day before the Boilermaker, at the Masonic Care Community Campus. Last year's ceremony was postponed due to challenging economic conditions. Boilermaker Executive Director Tim Reed says over the past several months, they've reached out to various stakeholders of the sport for monetary help and some have answered the call. The announcement of this year's inductees will take place at the Boston Marathon in April.
